GABA Tea (Oolong Tea)

Gaba tea is a unique variety of fermented tea containing an increased amount of gamma-aminobutyric acid. The main feature of this drink is a special technology of tea leaf processing, which allows you to save all the useful properties and rich biochemical composition.   
 
Gaba tea is a tea fermented in an anaerobic environment, without access to oxygen and retaining a higher dosage of gamma-aminobutyric acid. This amino acid has an effect on the human nervous system - it relieves mental overstimulation, normalizes sleep, blood pressure and circulation, and takes part in neurotransmitter processes in the brain.
 
Gaba Oolong contains twice tea polyphenols than ordinary oolong tea.
 
To Brew: Pour 200-250 ml of water with a temperature no higher than 90° C, then drain the water (this allows a quick rinse and also for tea leaves to expand and open up) and refill. Oolong Gaba can be infused for 3-5 minutes.  Remove tea bag for refill later.
 
Important: Gaba tea brew can be used several times. Repeated infusions do not reduce the amount of useful substances in the tea leaf.
