This 5-week Business Yoga Program is designed for employees, managers, high potentials and executives. Learn the basic techniques of yoga, build a solid foundation for any yoga and meditation practice. This program can be done sitting behind your desk with no experience necessary. Proven results in improving productivity, lower sickness and higher job satisfaction. Be a better professional and live a happier, healthier life. Sessions are 45 minutes each. Each covering the 5 basic techniques of yoga. Sessions can be held online or in your office. Please contact us for more details.
